More, please!

Ever since I was very little, I have been watching DVDs with sign language in them. Recently I have become very good at signing "more". Mom tells me not to get out all my books at once, I sign "more". Daddy tickles me til I laugh my bottom off, I sign "more". Well the other day, I caught a glimpse of my lovey, my favorite sippy cup, being put into the sink by my mom. I fussed for it, not knowing it was from that morning and most likely any milk left in it was rancid. Mom asked me if I would like some water instead, I signed more and rubbed my tummy...

Mom giggled & thought I was rubbing my tummy for food or drink. Now I know my mom is pretty smart, but I had her outsmarted on this one. I was actually signing "more, please!" I learned it on one of my DVDs. It wasn't until a few days later that mom noticed what the "please" sign was on my DVD, and said I was oh so smart! I need to learn more signs (mom thinks "go potty" would be a good place to start!), and when it comes to baby sign language, all I've got to say is "more, please!"
