Busy Bee!

Hi all! It's me, Iris here :) I had the most funnest weekend ever - my Nanu & Bobo visited all the way from California! They had to go home on Tuesday and I miss them already :( I have been a busy girl, running all around and being my silly self! So I will write all about my weekend adventures over the next couple of days. For now I will leave you with an update on my 18 month well baby visit.

First of all I made a friend! A little girl in the waiting room who was about my age ran around & played with me! We climbed on the little chairs and under the slide. She was really nice! Then we went back to see the nurse. I now weigh 24 lbs 4 oz. and I am 32.5 inches tall. My weight curve has dropped into the 50% percentile (I am a skinny mini!), but my height and head circumference are still up in the 90s. I sat on the little table and called the clowns on the mobile "pritty" about a dozen times, then mommy took me back to the exam room. While we waited to see Dr. David, I ran around and tried to open all the cupboards. Mom kept saying "no no no". I was super squirmy for my exam, but the doctor said I was a good girl, big & strong & smart :) When mom was dressing me to go, after everyone had left the room, I said "Mom. mom, no no no". Haha my mom says no a lot, so I was making fun of her ;) As always, Dr. David said I was perfect! He even said my skin has a "yellow sheen", and that I must like vegetables. I DO like veggies, and I drink a lot of carrot juice. I hope I don't turn orange like that guy on Scrubs!
